The Connecticut State Library will use funds to support the goals of their Five-Year Plan for FY 2018-2022, which reflect the purposes and priorities of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA). In Connecticut, specific goals address 1) supporting the impact of libraries as community anchors with increased institutional capacity, community partnerships, and programming focused on the seven literacies; and 2) improving access to information and library resources for all residents of the state.
