Council of State Archivists

The Archives Collaborating and Cooperating with External Strategic Stakeholders (ACCESS) planning project will expand the work of the Council of State Archivists (CoSA)’s successful, IMLS-funded State Electronic Records Initiative (SERI) by engaging a diverse group of national partners, stakeholders, and other organizations to work collaboratively on increasing access to digital government records and information. The result of the planning process will be the development of a business case statement and strategic plan to sustain the collaboration necessary to increase access to digital government records and information.
