Fort Lewis College (Center of Southwest Studies, Fort Lewis College)

In this two-year project, the Center of Southwest Studies at Fort Lewis College, in partnership with the college's Reed Library, and the Southern Ute Museum and Cultural Center, will develop a database of their institutional holdings. The collaboration will serve as a model for sharing artifact, archive and library collections in rural, underserved communities that maintain Native American collections and that are working within guidelines of the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act.
