Georgia Tech Library will conduct a forum to address academic library accessibility after the Title II implementation deadline. The forum will emphasize two complementary lenses: Internal Operations and Implementation (workflows, governance, and responsible artificial intelligence-assisted remediation) and External Ecosystems and Accountability (campus partnerships, vendor relations, and user-facing impacts). Project results will include a 75-page Sustaining Compliance Playbook; an openly accessible Georgia Tech Digital Repository collection that will include recordings from presentations on the first day of the conference; and a moderated community of practice listserv to extend adoption and shared learning beyond the convening. Partner organizations will serve as contacts for identifying experts for inclusion, promotion and editorial partners in the Playbook, and seeds for the community of practice.
