Maine State Museum

The Maine State Museum and the Maine Public Broadcasting Corporation will combine their resources to produce a six-part series of television programs and accompanying educational outreach materials for the classroom and for a web site to deliver an accurate and engaging interpretation of the history of Maine. This project will use the Maine State museum's collections as a basis for exploration of the history of the state, and through public television bring the story to Maine's largely rural and sparse population.
