In this two-year project, "Beyond the Shelf," the University of Kentucky Libraries, in partnership with the Kentucky Virtual Library, will create a digital collection of 950 volumes from microfilm print masters, providing a model of a sustainable, high-production workflow for film-to-digital conversion.
