StoryCorps, Inc.

The Project will capture the stories of diverse constituents affiliated with the 2019 National Medal recipients to document the impact of these institutions in their local communities. StoryCorps will record, share, and preserve the experiences of the National Medal recipients and their communities by bringing the StoryCorps program to the recipients' communities. The Project will provide National Medal recipients with tools and resources to engage with local communities and to communicate the value and impact of museums and libraries for wide-ranging audiences across the United States.
