Wynne Home Arts and Visitor Center

The Wynne Home Arts and Visitor Center, operated by the City of Huntsville, Texas, will strengthen their museum collections stewardship and access by undertaking a comprehensive collections inventory. Project activities will include a systematic object inventory and data reconciliation, final verification and documentation of procedures, and staff training. Completion of the project will restore essential stewardship infrastructure, strengthen accountability for publicly owned cultural assets, and improve the Wynne Home’s capacity to plan exhibitions, respond to research inquiries, and sustain long-term preservation of its collection. The result will be a complete, accurate, and sustainable collections inventory that ensures responsible stewardship and long-term preservation.
