Museum of North Idaho
Log Number: IGSM-249531-OMS-21
In the second phase of its Master Interpretive Plan, the Museum of North Idaho will invite more community voices to the table to update its exhibitions. The museum will engage with the Coeur d’Alene Tribe, community organizations, historical societies, K-12 schools and universities, and the general public through a series of community meetings and public presentations. In response to community feedback, interpretive design and exhibit fabrication consultants will develop recommendations to improve exhibits, including those in the new exhibition hall. By incorporating community feedback and strengthening local partnerships, the museum will bring public voices to the exhibit content and make the museum more relevant to its current community and visitors.
