Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza (Sixth Floor Museum)

The Sixth Floor Museum will use grant funds to support the conservation and long-term preservation of the original metal Texas School Book Depository sign that hung in Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963, when President Kennedy was shot. Upon completion of the treatment, the museum intends to display the sign in conjunction with the fiftieth anniversary of the assassination of President Kennedy.
