Sequim-Dungeness Museum

The Museum and Arts Center in the Sequim-Dungeness Valley will undertake a detailed survey of its extensive collection of clothing and textiles illustrating the stories of people who settled in the valley from the 1800s to the present. The project activities also include conservation workshops, training, and partnering with local organizations that have textile collections in order to develop partnerships for future collaborative disaster planning and conservation training. This project will allow the museum to better care for the artifacts currently in its collection as well as allow planning for the growth of the collection.
