National Society of the Colonial Dames in New Hampshire (Moffat-Ladd House and Garden)

To add historically-sensitive gutters on portions of the 18th century Moffatt-Ladd House to divert roof water away from the structure, thus greatly improving the current water encroachment and relative humidity conditions in the house.
