To purchase and install a new microclimate in the zoo's penguin exhibit to allow the Zoo to maintain proper temperatures on very hot days, replicating the birds' natural environment and seasonality changes. The Gentoo penguins are an integral part of the aquarium's theme of "The Diversity of Water" and are representative of wildlife living in some of the harshest climates in the world, the Southern Ocean and sub-Antarctica.
