To treat the contents of the Graves Brothers Carriage Shop of Williamsburg, Massachusetts, the only known example of a fully equipped 19th century American carriage manufactory to have survived in its entirety. The Graves Shop includes a carriage made at the shop; 16 business ledgers and daybooks; carriage parts; early machinery and tools; interior walls with practice carriage decoration; and many objects incidental to the work carried on in the shop.
