To support Native Hawaiian first-time freshman students from underserved communities, the Hawaii Pacific University Libraries will expand its online collection and deliver library information literacy programs. The pandemic has created a shift toward increased online learning, which will be supported by expanding the availability of eBooks, streaming video, and online literacy workshops designed to introduce new students to available library resources. The goal is to support first-year academic success and increase the likelihood for students to achieve an overall GPA of 2.0.
