SITE Santa Fe

SITE Sante Fe will create and deliver a series of virtual tours and live-streamed public programs to provide accessible and inclusive contemporary art experiences for three exhibitions of work by women artists. Prompted by the need for virtual programming in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, programming designed to accompany each exhibition will include virtual tours with SITE Guides and ASL interpreters as well as art talks and interviews with the exhibiting artists. In collaboration with New Mexico School for the Deaf, the museum will post the ASL interpretation of the programs online for viewing by the general public. Visitors to the museum will have the option to scan the QR codes to watch virtual tour segments with an ASL tour guide, or with an English language tour guide and Spanish language subtitles. Each exhibition will include distance learning materials including online workbooks, lessons, and craft tutorials.
