Bartow County Library System

Bartow County Library System in Cartersville, Georgia, is working to attract residents back to the community wing of its main branch by expanding and restoring its trusted public space. The library will order and install meeting pods, booths, and contactless doors in community restrooms, as well as build more private spaces for patrons to conduct meetings, job interviews, and other sensitive remote activities that have gone virtual as a result of COVID-19. The project will increase the public’s confidence in the library’s community spaces, which will increase visitation. Patrons will also be able to meet, study, and use video conference technology safely and privately.
