Great American Songbook Foundation

The Great American Songbook Foundation (GASF) in Carmel, Indiana, will expand and enhance its Perfect Harmony program, which will reach 7,500 seniors through online resources and virtual programs. Originally an on-site program founded in 2015, Perfect Harmony transformed and grew during the pandemic to be an entirely virtual experience that offered care partners and older adults robust monthly interactive and informative musical experiences that helped alleviate loneliness and isolation. GASF will enhance the quality of the monthly Perfect Harmony resources by recording and editing new high-quality videos in a professional studio. GASF will improve data collection and evaluation techniques to help sustain the ongoing virtual programming that contributes to well-being, as well as conduct additional outreach to increase the number of caregivers and seniors served.
