Orange County Library System

The Orange County Library System in Orlando, Florida, will broaden community access to cultural organizations throughout central Florida that suffered losses throughout the pandemic. The library system will purchase passes to educational venues including museums, theaters, and zoos and make them available to residents for free through the library system’s online experiential lending platform. The library system will promote the program and participating venues to families in underserved and at-risk communities that were disproportionately affected by the economic fallout of the pandemic. Promotional efforts will include a sustained social media campaign, print advertising, and outreach to Title I schools and neighborhood associations.
