The Kuskokwim Consortium Library is doing extraordinary work with just a single location and very few resources. Kuskokwim Consortium Library’s level of embeddedness in the community would be an aspiration for any library. They serve both a campus community and a local community that is approximately 65% Alaska Native in one of the most isolated rural locations in the country. The library demonstrated its innovation, leadership, and impact in the community, through efforts encompassing digital access, literacy, homelessness, food insecurity, and cultural programs.
