Saint Louis County Library District

Serving the most populous and economically disparate county in Missouri, St. Louis County Library is meeting the challenges of a large county-based system through strategic partnerships and dynamic offerings. The Library launched the Digital Equity Initiative to connect over 40 school districts and nearly 1,500 seniors with technology during the pandemic. The Library’s Tap In Center provides free legal assistance and has helped over 250 patrons resolve outstanding arrest warrants. An innovative drive-thru service has connected residents to needed resources throughout the pandemic, including meals, diapers, free books to keep, and more.
