Sealaska Corporation

The Sealaska Heritage Institute will digitize and make available online and on CD several recently acquired collections relating to the twentieth-century history of southeast Alaska natives. Among the materials to be digitized are collections from the Alaska Native Brotherhood/Sisterhood, an organization that was seminal in native land claims cases, Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act legislation, and the formation of native corporations.
