The Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners will use funds to support the goals of their Five-Year Plan for FY 2018-2022, which reflect the purposes and priorities of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA).   The commission’s goals are to: 1) promote learning; 2) enabling access; 3) strengthening libraries; 4) building the workforce; 5) developing skills; and 6) connecting communities.
